How It Works

Site survey & sizing

A Gas Safe engineer visits to survey pipework, flue route and heat loss — then recommends the correct combi, system or conventional boiler and controls for your property.

Supply & warranty registration

We order the chosen make (Vaillant or Worcester Bosch options), register the manufacturer warranty and confirm parts lead times to keep the install on schedule.

03

Installation, commissioning & handover

Engineers fit, pressure-test and commission the system to Gas Safe standards, provide paperwork and show you controls, maintenance needs and warranty documentation.
